Role title: business development administrator

Recruiting for a leading Facilities Management service provider, looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Administrator to work in Bristol.

The Role :
*Provide support to the business development team to assist them in completion of tenders, PQQ’s and other business development activities.
*Liaise with other managers to prepare supporting documentation for business development activities
*Accurate and timely response to official documentation as required to be submitted by the company in pursuit of new business opportunities
*Tenders – typing , formatting, printing and collating of tender documents, Producing schedules for tenders in excel or word as appropriate and completion of tender responses
*Pre Qualifications – collating information and the completion of PQQ’s
*Taking messages when BDM’s out of office and ensuring relevant person receives them as soon as possible and responding to e-mails from contacts in accordance with the BDA role
*Creation and formation of presentations and associated documentation
*General typing as required
*Liaise with BDM regarding any marketing material
*Maintain a record of work in progress and update the monthly activity pipeline report
*Collation of Information from around the business in support of tenders/PQQ’s
*Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance for all documentation
*Carry out other duties appropriate to the role within the business development team.
